SWTOR Proves better than Most when Servicing their Customers u281k

I have been playing MMOs for a very long time now. Recently, a updated the content since I last played so I wanted to check it out. r1m5o

I tried to my and was unable to due to a problem. I tried to recover my or reset it and this needed to your to put in a CS ticket. Really? /facepalm

So I look for an email to the company. No such luck. All I find is a form that again requires me to fill in my info and to get in. Round and round in circles I go until I finally decide “Forget this stupid game!” and find something better to do.

BioWare in regards to SWTOR has always been positive.

TL/DR Unlike what I have both expected from SWTOR and experiences from other MMO’s I have experienced excellent responses to customers needs including Phone calls from customer service for tech issues, Introduction of sprint to speed everything up a little and Free days on my after they screw things up. If they keep this up, I will be around for a good while yet

 

Personally, I’ve had to customer service a couple of times now and I was very pleased with the results. I agree with this poster than SWTOR does prove better than your average game customer service. What has your experience been like?
