While we are absolutely not sure what this means, the crew at SWTOR Spy has a theory:
In our opinion, this means that the next content patch will bring the fourth chapter in our character’s story and it will be called patch and we’ll update this article as new information becomes available.
We know that this won’t be here with 1.5 but we expect to see it in data dump and some store items.
